Core Philosophy
Often referred to as IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) or flexible dieting, this approach views food primarily as energy (calories) and fuel source building blocks (protein, carbohydrates, and fats). Rather than banning specific foods, it prioritizes energy balance and precise macronutrient distribution to optimize muscle mass, fat loss, and athletic performance.
-
Intermittent Fasting (IF) isn't about what you eat, but when you eat. It manipulates the feeding window to give the digestive system extended rest periods and improve insulin sensitivity.
-
Keto is a high-fat, very low-carbohydrate eating pattern designed to force the body to shift its primary fuel source from glucose (carbohydrates) to ketones derived from broken-down fats — a state called ketosis.
-
A subset of low-carbohydrate eating, the Carnivore diet eliminates all plant foods entirely. It operates on the principle that humans can thrive exclusively on animal products while avoiding plant toxins, antinutrients, and refined sugars.
-
Consistently ranked as one of the most thoroughly researched and evidence-backed eating patterns in clinical science, the Mediterranean diet emphasizes longevity, cardiovascular health, and systemic inflammation reduction.
-
The Paleo diet models eating habits after pre-agricultural hunter-gatherer societies. The underlying logic is that human genetics have not fully adapted to modern agricultural practices, processed foods, and refined grains.

Meet your Coach
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, and I bring more than credentials to my coaching — I bring real, lived experience. As a busy mom of four and grandmother of two, I know firsthand what it means to prioritize health in the middle of a full, demanding life.
I've successfully lost over 100 pounds and kept it off — not through quick fixes, but through sustainable strength training and nutrition habits that actually fit real life. That journey is the foundation of how I coach today.
I co-founded Trinity Fitness alongside my husband, Shawn, my partner of over 23 years. Together, we're building a coaching practice grounded in the belief that health is achievable at any stage of life.
My passion is helping women feel strong and confident in their own skin — through smart strength training, nutrition that finally makes sense, and a coaching relationship that meets you exactly where you are.
